EVOLUTION AGAIN PUTS AUSTRALIA ON THE WORLD MAP

Chandler’s Arena was packed to bursting point as the WMC Australian Super Promoters, Evolution put on another world-class event.

The undercard saw Australia’s best with Australian Featherweight WMC Title between Daddy Cool VS Aaron TS2 Leigh. This was Muaythai at its finest. Daddy Cool won by split point decision. Talk of a rematch is already a buzz.

Next up was WMC Australian Welterweight Title Fight between Mark Sarracino vs Taylor Harvey. This fight had the crowd on its feet. Taylor Harvey took the fight on points in the end.

The International fight card was between Contender Superstar, Bruce MacFie VS the Russian Wolf. This fight went down to the last punch and MacFie took it on a narrow division of points.

The next bout was between Contender Asia season one stars, Soren Mongkongton VS Sean Wright. Sean troubled Soren with his hand skills for two rounds and round three began the battle of the elbows. The referee stopped the fight in round 5 as Sean received a big cut on his forehead.

WMC World Champ Nathan “Carnage” Corbett took on Emmanuelle Payet in the next fight. Payet stunned Corbett in round one with a knockdown and Corbett came back in sensational style – stopped the fight in round 3 with a TKO.

The Main Event was the chance for King’s Cup Champion Madsui to earn himself a chance for a spot on Contender Asia season two fighting against season one finalist John Wayne Parr. It was definitely the fight of the night. Madsui took on the opporunity by beating JWP on his home turf. All due respect to JWP who is an ambassador to the sport in and out of the ring. Madsui is now a favorite to represent Thailand for Contender Asia season two.
