MUAYTHAI with former Miss World Korea 'Choi Yun Young'.

Another fun aspect of Muaythai internationally release is the Video and DVD of MUAYTHAI techniques as a fitness and fun workout by former Miss World Korea ‘Choi Yun Young’.

True to its title, this new exercise video comprises the art of Muaythai as self-defense and vibrant lifestyle. Ms. Young, a TV superstar in Korea, offers exciting new ways for workout fans to experience a full motion video with high-quality production, excellent sound, and picture quality. The video is packed with basic to advance moves and a clear explanation to each posture to make it easy to follow. The main point of this video basically focuses on discovering the greater you within-body, mind, and spirit – ‘ENJOY LIVING’ said Ms. Young.

Her great experience in Muaythai started from training the art in Seoul with one of the WMC-IFMA members, the Korean MUAYTHAI Association. Recently, she has joined the IFMA and WMC World Executive Committees with the main goal of taking Female MUAYTHAI to the next level.
